We are happy to introduce our cheesecake lineup. We are offering a fusion of the best bakery styles from French and Japanese traditions. The popular French Basque baking style combined with the light and fluffy textures of Japanese baking gives our cheesecakes a subtle and delicious taste that is rarely found in Dallas.

We make our matcha cheesecakes with ceremonial matcha imported from Japan. True ceremonial matcha are harvested twice a year. It's a tedious process but the flavors are rich. All of La Maison Bleue's matcha are ceremonial grade and make sure our matcha are first harvest! 

We are currently not able to ship this cake. It is only available for pick-up at Mitsuwa Marketplace in Plano, TX. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working on a viable solution to make shipping possible in the future! You can buy by the slice at Mitsuwa Marketplace!
